Welcome to the Barrier Island Group...the next "B.I.G." thing.  It started in 2022 with the Rodanthe Bridge Run and in 2023, B.I.G. committed to creating unique events at landmark locations across the Outer Banks to support local non-profits while encouraging physical activity and healthy lifestyles for people of all ages and abilities.
